All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).

The salary is NT$50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially NT$40,500, and then an additional NT$2,500 will be paid if your performance evaluation during that period is good. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, you will receive the performance bonus for the three months all at once, totaling NT$21,000.

There is also an evaluation every month. The people in charge mentioned above evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that female manager really talks without seeming to take a breath… She goes on for a long stretch before breathing.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of information…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? As it happened, there was another woman interviewing alongside me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I didn’t have to be evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
