I can only say that I was incredibly lucky 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what you have to enter on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes evaluation bonuses!

The probationary period is three months. Each month, the initial salary you receive is 40,500, and if your evaluation during that period is good, they will then issue an additional 2,500. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, they will issue the evaluation bonus for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also an evaluation every month. The people in charge mentioned above evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that manager (female) really talks without seeming to breathe at all… She went on for a long time before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of information…

Why do I say I was incredibly lucky? As it happened, there was another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I wasn’t evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
