I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance review bonus!

The probationary period is 3 months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, followed by an additional 2,500 if your performance review during that period is good. If you perform well in all three monthly reviews, you will receive the performance review bonus for all three months in one lump sum, totaling 21,000.

And there is a review every month. The higher-ups in charge have to evaluate you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that manager (female) really talks without stopping to catch her breath… She only took a breath after speaking a long string of things.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? It just so happened that there was another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to refuse 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and there weren't evaluations every month either… This is too outrageous 🙈
