I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance-review bonus!

The probationary period is three months. The salary received each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 is paid if the performance review during that period is good. If the performance is good in all three monthly reviews, a three-month performance-review bonus is paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also a review every month. The people in charge above you review you every month.

Honestly... just hearing this much made me want to leave...

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath... She spoke for a long stretch before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content...

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing alongside me who had similar experience, so I essentially got rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to turn it down 🥲

I previously worked at a large company, and even there, I didn't have to be evaluated every month... This is too ridiculous 🙈
