All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, it was just as everyone above mentioned: when you arrive, you fill out some information (the information is basically similar to what you have to fill out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 is paid if your performance during the assessment is good. If you perform well in all three monthly assessments, a three-month performance bonus is paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is an assessment every month, and the managers above you assess you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… she goes on for a long stretch before breathing once.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to refuse the offer 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I didn’t have to be assessed every month… This is too ridiculous 🙈
