I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance evaluation bonus!

The probation period is 3 months. The salary you initially receive each month during this period is 40,500. If your performance evaluation during this period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, a 3-month performance evaluation bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is an evaluation every month, and the higher-ups in charge evaluate you every month.

Honestly... as soon as I heard this, I wanted to leave...

And that manager (female) really talks without stopping to catch her breath... She spoke at length and only took a breath afterward.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content...

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to decline 🥲

I previously worked at a large company, and even there, we didn't have to undergo evaluations every month... That's too outrageous 🙈
