I interviewed today for the accounting position at your company, and my overall impression was quite positive! I also noticed a few areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be somewhat complicated, which could affect the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, for new employees, training support does not seem to be quite comprehensive, so they may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
