I interviewed today for the accounting position at your company, and my overall impression was quite positive! During the interview, I could sense the company’s emphasis on attention to detail, which aligns very well with the core values of accounting work. At the same time, the company’s work environment and team atmosphere also felt very welcoming. For example, the spirit of mutual support among colleagues made me feel that this is a place where I could fully apply my professional expertise.

I also noticed a few areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be somewhat complex, which could affect the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, training support for new employees does not seem to be entirely comprehensive, so newcomers may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
