I interviewed today for an accounting position at your company, and overall, I had a very positive impression! During the interview, I could sense the company’s emphasis on attention to detail, which aligns very well with the core values of accounting work. At the same time, the company’s work environment and team atmosphere also felt very welcoming. I also noticed some areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be a little complex, which could affect the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, the training support for new employees does not seem to be very comprehensive, so newcomers may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
