At the same time, the company’s work environment and team atmosphere also felt very welcoming. I also noticed some areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be slightly complex, which could have some impact on the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, the training support for new employees does not seem to be as comprehensive, so they may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
