I interviewed today for an accounting position at your company, and overall, I had a very positive impression! At the same time, the work environment and team atmosphere also felt very welcoming. I also noticed some areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be somewhat complicated, which could affect the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, the training support does not seem to be as comprehensive for new employees, so they may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
