I attended an interview for an accounting position at your company today, and my overall impression was quite positive! During the interview, I could sense that the company places great importance on attention to detail, which aligns very well with the core values of accounting work. At the same time, the work environment and team atmosphere also felt very welcoming, especially the spirit of mutual support among colleagues, which made me feel that this is a place where I could fully apply my professional skills.

I also noticed some areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be somewhat complex, which could affect the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, for new employees, training support does not seem to be quite comprehensive, so more time may be needed to adapt and learn.
