I also observed a few areas that could be improved during the interview. For example, the company’s internal processes may be slightly complicated, which could have some impact on the efficiency of cross-departmental communication. In addition, for new employees, the training support does not seem to be very comprehensive, so they may need to spend more time adapting and learning.
