1. The boss uses “we’re a family” or the fact that they have already acted like a proselytizing boss as an excuse to rationalize verbally abusing employees over their duties and emotionally manipulating them.
2. The boss is inconsistent in their words and avoids direct communication, trapping employees in a guessing-game decision-making hell.
3. They occasionally promote religious activities after work, seriously violating personal boundaries.
4. Company activities are always carried out at the last minute; even if you want to implement them, they will ultimately be distorted.
5. The company is small but has no systems, and chaotic processes become the trigger for employees to take the blame.
6. The boss has a poor memory. It is recommended that you record meetings; if the boss asks to meet with you privately, be even more sure to record it!
