Pros
Has money to build new factory buildings, buy shareholders’ land, and purchase the company’s treasury shares. Has money to give year-end bonuses to employees of the loss-making parent company, while employees of the loss-making subsidiary get nothing. This blatant double standard is truly lacking in X-ethics.
