Pros
Has money to build new factory buildings, has money to buy shareholders’ land, and has money to purchase the company’s treasury stock. Has money to pay year-end bonuses to employees of the loss-making parent company, while employees of the loss-making subsidiary get none. Such blatant favoritism is really lacking in X virtue.
Cons
Don’t XX, even if you have no other choice.
