Leaving work on time
1. The company’s internal systems are outdated
2. A traditional industry family business
3. Everything in the company is handled by the finance department, which is basically made up of women over 50. The boss is very old but still hasn’t retired. The sales department is run by his son, who has no real authority because he is paid by his father.
4. The benefits are very ordinary. The year-end bonus is less than one month’s salary, and there have also been years when there was no bonus at all.
5. It is very hot in summer, above 30°C. There is no air conditioning when you first arrive at the company, and if the air conditioning is turned on too early, the finance department staff complain.
6. The copier always prints out scrap paper from more than ten years ago.
