Leaving work on time
1. The company is old-fashioned internally
2. A traditional industry family business
3. Everything in the company is handled by Finance, which is basically made up of aunties over 50. The boss is very old and still has not retired. The sales department is run by his son, who has no real authority because he is paid by his father.
4. The benefits are very ordinary. The year-end bonus is less than one month’s salary, and there have also been years when there was no bonus at all.
5. The weather is very hot in summer, above 30°C. There is no air conditioning when you first arrive at the company, and if it is turned on too early, the Finance aunties will object.
6. The photocopier always prints out waste paper from more than ten years ago.
