Pros

Punctual working hours; after work, you have time to go to Digital Bank to look for new Ma and Xi rides.

Cons

As for what was discussed in the interview, just take it with a grain of salt. If possible, it would be best not to come. If you do join, please be mentally prepared and take note of the following:

1. Trust your instincts. As soon as something feels wrong, get out. Don’t go astray.

2. Newcomers will have a very difficult time. There are gaps in the business, you’ll have to teach yourself, and there are no internal training channels. You’ll be a one-person department with nowhere to turn for help.

3. The boss really likes to check in on newcomers. After you clock out, they will keep you for 10–20 minutes to talk, for one or two weeks straight.

4. There is a discrepancy between the interview description and the actual job duties, and you’ll also be expected to create value—you’ll have to take ownership, okay?

5. You need to be extremely patient because the boss loves holding meetings. They often call people into one-on-one meetings and may even hold one-on-one meetings at the convenience store downstairs. Try to keep your distance during meetings; if you can’t take it, get out.

6. Learn alternative ways to communicate. The boss is very stubborn, difficult to communicate with, and illogical. You’ll get the feeling that you’re smarter than them. If you think that way, it means you’re a normal person, so don’t worry.

7. Learn to let things go in one ear and out the other. Don’t take what they say too seriously, because they’ll say the same thing again next time. You’ll keep going around in circles for the entire month.

8. Please make sure to be considerate of an elderly person with a poor memory. They’ll ask questions unrelated to the work sheet you prepared, forget a few days later, and ask you the same thing again. They’ll also forget things during conversations. In short… getting angry won’t hurt them, so you might as well take pity on them.

9. Learn to cultivate your patience. The boss loves making things difficult for employees. When you try to claim your rights, they’ll evade the issue or brush you off. In short, if you can’t beat the game, just cultivate your patience.

10. You need to be as drought-resistant as a cactus because the company’s water dispenser is old, the plastic has deteriorated and gives off a strange smell, and the boss doesn’t want to buy a new one. It is recommended that you find your own water source; otherwise, over time, you may die of thirst and develop a urinary tract infection.

11. Hopefully, you’re not experiencing financial difficulties. When business contracts, your salary will go home seven days late, or it will be paid in installments—with no interest, of course.

12. After joining, please diligently keep an eye on the status of your labor and health insurance.
