The boss’s instructions are not clear enough, so employees often have to figure things out themselves. Ask a question and you get scolded—are employees supposed to make their own decisions or cast divination blocks? When employees propose solutions, they are often shot down. When told to redo them, they are then scolded for taking so long to submit a solution.
They say they want to transform into an emerging industry, yet they still retain the mindset of an old-fashioned, exploitative boss. Everything is “hurry, hurry, hurry,” but no method is ever satisfactory.
The boss’s wife is supposed to resolve conflicts, yet somehow she can never figure out what the problem is. We often go around in circles and get nowhere; it would be faster to let the employees handle things themselves. Yet she always blames employees for acting on their own initiative.

This old-fashioned, exploitative-boss mindset will not change, because this position has had four people in one year. That shows the problem has existed for a long time.
As for the work I was told I would be doing when I first joined, it differed far too much from what I actually do now after only a short time. I’ll consider it a form of training for myself and say no more about it.
In short, think twice before submitting your résumé.
