Pros
None. The entire company is related to Aiden’s relatives, so advancement is impossible.
Cons
The entire building belongs to their relatives, so don’t think too much about getting promoted. They make a lot of empty promises, and don’t even think about the pay or benefits being better than those of a part-time job!
