Pros
None. The entire company is related to Aiden’s relatives, so a promotion system is impossible.
Cons
The entire building belongs to their relatives, so don’t expect much in terms of promotion. They make a lot of empty promises, and don’t even think about the pay or benefits being better than a part-time job!
