Pros
None. The company is related to Aiden’s relatives, so a promotion system is impossible.
Cons
That entire building belongs to their relatives, so don’t think too much about getting promoted. They make a lot of empty promises, and don’t even think about the pay or benefits being better than those of a part-time job!
