None. It’s a company related to Aiden’s relatives, so advancement is impossible.
Cons
The entire building belongs to their relatives, so don’t expect much in terms of promotion. There are lots of empty promises; as for the pay and benefits, don’t even think about them—they’re worse than part-time wages!
