Basically none. You generally leave work on time (administrative staff: overtime is neither paid nor compensated with time off, and we are even forced to sign an agreement stating that we voluntarily waive it).
I do not know the other commenters, yet my experience was genuinely the same (especially regarding a certain senior employee). This person applies double standards, says one thing and does another, is very good at putting on a facade, and is even better at shirking their responsibilities onto colleagues. They are extremely skilled at shifting blame for their own mistakes onto others, misattributing things and pinning labels and accusations on people. From time to time, they also take advantage of the company. Having someone like this in the company only drives out good employees with inferior ones, harming both the company and its staff.
