財團法人台灣產業服務基金會
Pros

1. The supervisors and colleagues are all very nice

2. Complies with the Labor Standards Act

Cons

The company is a typical project-based contractor. Some projects receive no applicants at all (low pay and lots of work), and one person is often expected to do the work of two. Company policies change constantly, and departments often operate independently of one another, which can be very exhausting over time. Even when there is performance-based compensation, it is not available in every department, and benefits are continually being cut. Although the colleagues are nice, much of the work consists of meaningless administrative tasks, and newcomers can easily be misled into joining.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in government consulting, this could serve as a short-term learning experience. Later, you could move to a nonprofit organization with more comprehensive resources (there are many better options in Taipei).
