Working hours are 8:30–5:30. If you care about your car being exposed to the sun and rain, you need to arrive by 8:10; if you arrive later, parking is difficult and you have to squeeze into a spot. Otherwise, you may have no choice but to park on the sidewalk across the street. There are many migrant workers on the sidewalk, and during lunch breaks they sometimes sit in their cars. The sidewalk and the area inside the company are exposed parking spaces. If you park at the company, you have to move your car every day—you or someone else has to move your car. The cars are parked extremely close together, and it is impossible to get your car out without moving them, so scratches are difficult to avoid.

For a traditional industry, the salary and benefits are above average. At noon, the cafeteria sells meals, and there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. RD employees earn around 4xK per month, with an annual salary of approximately 630K. Although you have to arrive early to find a parking space, overtime is generally not required after work. The supervisors and colleagues are easy to get along with.
