The boss says that labor and health insurance are provided based on the actual salary, but I don't know if that's true! If it is, then that's quite rare in this industry.
There are absolutely no benefits to speak of! It also seems to violate the Labor Standards Act! Basically, all you receive is your salary + labor and health insurance + 6% (I don't know how the salary details are calculated!)
The working hours are 8 and a half hours + 1 and a half hours of break time! But they didn't say whether there is overtime pay—there was only verbal bargaining over the amount!
Also, you can basically consider annual leave and the like nonexistent! If you take annual leave, there is no year-end bonus! If you get a year-end bonus, there is no annual leave! So if you work this job, your effective compensation will get lower and lower! Basically, there will be no salary increases! But annual leave increases with seniority!
Furthermore, the boss is very good at misleading people! None of these things are disclosed proactively! They will only tell you if you specifically ask! During the interview, the boss even bragged that they fully complied with the Labor Standards Act! But in reality, they don't comply with it at all!
As for the other bonuses for the three major holidays... and so on, after hearing about the illegal practices above, I didn't want to continue asking! I could only get out of there!
