民生福祉股份有限公司
Pros

*You get to see and help cats and dogs.

*Nothing else.

Cons

*The pay is unbelievably poor.

*Nothing is paid on payday. You have to privately message the boss yourself to get paid, and there is no payslip, which feels extremely problematic.

*During the interview, I asked whether someone would provide guidance on handling animals. The answer was yes, but in practice, they simply gave you the tools and expected you to do it. There was no training, no SOP, and nothing else—extremely unfriendly to both the animals and the staff.

*You apply for position A but are expected to do ABCD, and for so little money at that. When you raise it with the boss, they emotionally manipulate you to the fullest extent.

*The division of labor is poorly organized. Basically, you do whatever you are told.

*The boss is extremely rude. Whether it is a conversation before joining or a discussion about leaving, they do not care what you want to say. They put words in your mouth, make decisions for you without authorization, and you have to repeat the same thing many times before they finally listen.

*Don't go. The work is not the problem, and the animals are not the problem—the people are.
