Can't think of any
1. Employees are required to multitask, but in reality they are exploited, with one person doing the work of several.
2. Communication is only top-down. Employees are often asked to weather difficult times together, but in reality many employee benefits are cut to save money.
3. The company is run like a family business, with no vision and only short-term interests in mind. Employees are given no authority to do their work, yet responsibility is pushed onto frontline staff.
4. There are many—and particularly egregious—bad apples. The most senior ones cause the greatest harm; they are ruthless, sinister, and clever, sparing no effort to hurt others.
5. There are many land-related problems, and almost all the factory buildings are illegal structures. The equipment is outdated and the technology is backward.
