The salary and benefits are acceptable.
1. A senior employee with over 30 years at the company leads disruptive behavior (framing others, distorting right and wrong, lining their own pockets, shifting blame and evading responsibility, and violating laws and regulations).
2. The work environment can harm employees’ health and, in severe cases, cause cancer.
3. Senior management’s operating policies lack long-term planning (both the plant facilities and the land violate current regulations).
4. Many of the company’s required SOPs are merely formalities, often resulting in work being done for nothing.
5. Responsibilities and authority are often unclear between departments and among personnel.
6. It is unfortunate that a company with technology and talent has been brought to the brink of collapse by a certain senior employee.
