There is toilet paper in the restroom (though it was only provided after a very long time).
The boss is truly unbelievably incompetent. He knows nothing yet is in charge. The so-called cooperation with some companies basically means selling them the product, then refusing to help with setup issues, pretending not to hear about performance problems, and providing no version updates whatsoever.
The sales team also basically has no fundamental knowledge. Whatever the customer says goes, contracts are signed recklessly, and when deals cannot be closed, they just stare blankly at the boss.
The engineers are all a bunch of creatures lacking socialization. The leader is very close with the boss, so he can say whatever he wants. The PM finds any random excuse to let people go, and those who remain, once they figure out what is going on, leave just as quickly. They are also remarkably good at washing people out until almost no one is left.
Do not think that getting hired is a good thing. Trust your instincts, and under no circumstances waste even a single day there. Find somewhere worth going.
