Run, don't come here—run away!
A family business where all your supervisors above you have the surname Lin or Yeh. They even bring in their daughters' husbands to work as supervisors.
The general manager is extremely self-righteous and often uses the supervisors' authority to negotiate online networking or Coupang-type deals at cost price, ruining the pricing, and then berates the sales staff for being unable to sell the products.
Mainland China white-label products—if you know, you know.
Sales staff are paid the minimum wage required by the Labor Standards Act, while everything else is padded into bonuses. After management ruins a product, they quickly discontinue it and switch to another model to continue the cycle. Then products returned by sales staff are charged with hefty return deductions and further deductions, which are taken from your salary.
After secondhand products are returned and refurbished, you're told to sell a certain amount every month. If you don't reach it, congratulations—you keep losing your bonus. Secondhand products are secondhand products; don't call them “welfare products.”
You hit your sales target and feel happy, right? Oh, your number of stores is insufficient, so your bonus is discounted to 80–90%.
When the planning team comes up with products that don't meet market demand, they still force you to stock them at a certain number of locations and in certain quantities. If you don't meet the requirement, congratulations—you'll be docked another bonus.
After you've stocked them, they discontinue the products, and if your return amount exceeds the limit, they keep deducting from your bonus.
That's right: if you work in the sales department, these deductions just keep repeating every month.
Let me remind you once again: low base pay, with everything else dangled as bonuses to lure you in, followed by a pile of penalties waiting for you every month.
Do you want to know where the bonuses deducted from you are going? Hehe, take a look at the cars driven by the family members.
The answer is right there.
This is truly the company I've seen that loves playing the “deduct money from sales staff” game the most. Super adorable.
