耐嘉股份有限公司
Pros

Run, don't come here—run for your life!

Cons

A family business. All your supervisors above you have the surname Lin or Yeh. They even bring in their daughters' husbands to work as supervisors.

The general manager is extremely self-important and often uses the supervisors' capabilities to negotiate online network communications products or items for platforms like Coupang at cost price. After ruining the prices, they then berate the sales staff for being unable to sell the products.

Mainland Chinese white-label products—if you know, you know.

Sales staff are paid the minimum wage required by the Labor Standards Act, while everything else is padded out with bonuses. After management ruins a product, they quickly discontinue it and switch to another model to keep doing the same thing. Then, when sales staff's returned products are processed, they are charged high return fees and deductions, which are taken out of their pay.

After second-hand products come back and are refurbished, you're told to sell a certain amount every month. If you don't meet the target, congratulations—you continue to have your bonuses deducted. Second-hand products are second-hand products; don't call them "refurbished goods."

You hit your sales target and feel happy, right? Oh, your number of stores is insufficient, so your bonus is reduced to 80–90%.

When the planning department comes up with products that don't meet market demand, they still force you to stock a certain number of locations with a certain quantity. If you don't meet the target, congratulations—you'll have your bonus deducted again.

After you stock the products, they discontinue them, and then if your return amount exceeds the limit, they deduct even more from your bonus.

That's right: if you work in the sales department, these deductions just keep repeating every month.

Let me remind you again: low base salary, with everything else dangled as bonuses to lure you in, followed by a pile of penalties waiting for you every month.

Want to know where the bonuses deducted from your pay go? Hehe, just take a look at the cars driven by the family members.

The answer is right there.

This is truly the company I've seen that loves playing the game of deducting money from its sales staff the most. Absolutely adorable.
