Salaries are paid on time
1. Company-wide meetings are held once every two weeks. You cannot be late or take leave. Everyone has to prepare a speech and chant the company slogan (seriously).
2. Bring your own toilet paper.
3. You have to wear the company uniform every day (ugly).
4. Everyone has to clean every day, taking turns cleaning the toilets.
5. No meals are provided, and the factory has no air conditioning.
6. You have to be on duty at noon to answer the phone.
7. Salary increases and promotions are not transparent; you get a raise only when the boss feels like it.
8. Meetings are extremely frequent, and most of them have no point.
9. There is a lot of scheming among colleagues. Personal matters will be brought up during meetings, and the infighting is intense.
10. You cannot wear slippers or sandals when it rains. If your pant legs get wet, that's your own problem.
11. Asking for a raise makes you an ungrateful person. The company will only feed you air pies.
12. Employees come up with all the solutions; the supervisors have little ability to solve problems.
13. The boss likes hearing flattering words. It doesn't matter if you're not capable—as long as you know how to talk.
14. Everything is promised but never delivered. It's truly pathetic.
15. If they take a dislike to you, you will be publicly called out in the announcement group.
16. You cannot eat breakfast.
17. If you do not participate in company activities, your KPI score will be deducted.
18. They love saying that we are Ake's family, then later say that we are not family because family would forgive unconditionally (if you know, you know). I'm dead.
