Pays salaries on time
1. A company-wide meeting is held once every two weeks. You cannot be late or take leave. Everyone has to prepare a speech and chant the company slogan (seriously).
2. You have to bring your own toilet paper.
3. You have to wear the company uniform every day (it’s ugly).
4. You have to clean every day, taking turns cleaning the toilets.
5. No meals are provided, and the factory has no air conditioning.
6. You have to take turns answering the phone at lunchtime.
7. Salary increases and promotions are not transparent; you only get a raise if the boss feels like it.
8. Meetings are extremely frequent, and most of them lack substance.
9. There is a lot of scheming among coworkers. Personal matters will be brought up in meetings, and there is intense infighting.
10. You cannot wear slippers or sandals when it rains; if your pant legs get wet, that’s your own problem.
11. Asking for a raise gets you treated like an ungrateful wolf; the company will only feed you air biscuits.
12. Employees come up with all the solutions; the supervisors have little ability to solve problems.
13. The boss likes hearing flattering words. It doesn’t matter if you lack ability—as long as you know how to talk.
14. Everything is promised but never delivered. It’s really pathetic.
15. If they take a dislike to you, you will be publicly called out in the group chat.
16. You cannot eat breakfast.
17. If you do not participate in company activities, your KPI score will be deducted.
18. They love saying that we are “Yake family,” then later say we are not family because family would forgive unconditionally (if you know, you know). It’s hilarious.
