Pays salaries on time
1. A company-wide meeting every two weeks. You can't be late or ask for leave. Everyone has to prepare a speech and chant the company slogan (seriously).
2. You have to bring your own toilet paper.
3. You have to wear the company uniform every day (it's ugly).
4. You have to clean every day, taking turns cleaning the toilets.
5. No meals provided, and the factory has no air conditioning.
6. You have to be on duty at noon to answer the phone.
7. Salary increases and promotions aren't transparent; you only get a raise when the boss feels like it.
8. Meetings are extremely frequent, and most of them have no point.
9. There is a lot of scheming among coworkers. Personal matters will be brought up during meetings, and the infighting is intense.
10. You can't wear flip-flops or sandals when it rains; if your pant legs get wet, that's your own problem.
11. Asking for a raise makes you an ungrateful ingrate. The company will only feed you air pies.
12. All the solutions are thought up by employees; the supervisors aren't very capable of solving problems.
13. The boss likes to hear pleasing words. It doesn't matter if you're not capable—as long as you know how to talk.
14. Everything is promised but never delivered. It's truly pathetic.
15. If they take a dislike to you, you'll be publicly called out in the group chat.
16. You can't eat breakfast.
17. If you don't participate in company activities, your KPI score will be deducted.
18. They love saying that we're "Ya-Ke family," then later say we're not family, because family would forgive unconditionally (those who know, know). It's hilarious.
