Paid on time
1. Morning meetings every two weeks. You can't be late or take leave, and everyone has to prepare a speech and chant the company slogan (seriously).
2. Bring your own toilet paper.
3. You have to wear the company uniform every day (ugly).
4. You have to clean every day, taking turns cleaning the toilets.
5. No meals provided, and the factory has no air conditioning.
6. You have to be on duty at noon to answer the phone.
7. Salary increases and promotions are not transparent. You only get a raise when the boss feels like it.
8. Meetings are extremely frequent, and most of them have no real point.
9. There is a lot of scheming among coworkers. Personal matters get brought up in meetings, and the infighting is intense.
10. When it rains, you can't wear slippers or sandals. If your pant legs get wet, that's your problem.
11. Asking for a raise makes you an ungrateful wolf. The company will only feed you air biscuits.
12. Employees come up with all the solutions; the supervisors have little ability to solve problems.
13. The boss likes hearing flattering words. It's fine if you're not capable—as long as you know how to talk.
14. Everything is promised but never delivered. It's really pathetic.
15. If they take a dislike to you, you'll be called out in the group announcements.
16. You can't eat breakfast.
17. If you don't participate in company activities, your KPI score will be deducted.
18. They love saying that we're Yakke family, then turn around and say we're not family because family would forgive unconditionally (if you know, you know). LOL
