The HR representative and the interviewer in the initial interview were both quite good.

I waited 20 minutes for the second interview. Although I was told that the second interviewer was in a meeting, this still reflected the company’s attitude toward punctuality. Toward the end of the interview, I was told that my experience did not meet the requirements and that my salary expectations were higher than what the company had anticipated, and I was asked to lower my salary expectations. Since this was already the second interview, shouldn’t the company have first reviewed the candidate’s background and experience instead of asking them to come in, making them wait 20 minutes, and then criticizing their salary expectations as too high? The entire second-interview process completely damaged my impression of the company.
