Pros

A telecommunications allowance is provided, and almost all reported overtime is paid.

318 and 718 bonuses.

It is one of the major companies. If you want to build up your résumé, you can consider staying for around two years. It is recommended that you start considering whether to continue by your third or fourth year.

Overall, the annual compensation is guaranteed to amount to approximately 14–15 months of salary, including a two-month year-end bonus.

If you want a place to coast toward retirement, you can give it a try—if you have thick enough skin.

Cons

I won’t mention any specific department; I’ll just talk about the overall situation.

For the other aspects, you’ll know what I mean if you read the reviews other than this one.

The salary is not competitive.

There is a lot of work.

The application process for employee travel subsidies is extremely troublesome. Among the people I know, some say they don’t want to go because the process is even more troublesome than the previous arrangement.

From what I’ve seen, more senior employees seem to have become complacent and settled in, staying because they have nowhere else to go. Few experienced employees can stay for long.

Excluding employees whose birth years begin with 2 or 3—in other words, the younger generations—the older employees are mostly around 46 years old on average.

The company appears to have the motivation to pursue internal reform,

but compared with last year, there has been no noticeable improvement this year.

Many of the ideas and practices are unsuitable for what is expected in the modern era, so conflicts between younger-generation employees and supervisors occur quite easily.

Compared with last year, 2024, I’ve seen an even larger wave of resignations this year, 2025.

Also, there has been almost no change in management, and few members of the younger generation have taken on management roles.
