Foreign-owned company, annual salary increases (a few hundred dollars), special annual salary increases for certain people (a few thousand dollars, but it may not be you), year-end bonus (based on performance), and the pantry has a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and rice cooker.
If you usually have nothing to do and enjoy spending a long time at work willingly for the company, this is a very suitable place to stay.
1. Taiwanese-company mentality.
2. Regular overtime: To put it nicely, the workday is 7.5 hours. People with a sense of responsibility will find it hard to tolerate because there is too much work to finish; there are still many people at 7 p.m., in addition to the staff shortage.
3. The supervisor I encountered used emotional manipulation, and their mindset was extremely outdated.
4. The group I was in had a high turnover rate: This had a lot to do with the supervisor’s management. Issues raised were usually not resolved, so you could only accept it or resign.
5. The company claims to prohibit bullying and similar situations, but the work is done by “people,” so it ultimately comes down to personal judgment.
