It’s extremely busy, but both engineering and quality assurance are severely understaffed, so the sales team handles almost everything themselves. The boss’s son wants customer complaints to be handled directly with consumers, but even hundreds of emails a day can’t all be answered. The RMA department is understaffed. The key is who your mentor is. It reflects the typical mindset of Taiwanese corporate bosses. New hires also have to memorize product introductions for their reports; only later do they get to focus on their own work with agents and channel partners.
