You have to reply to hundreds of emails a day. Whether mentors choose to teach depends on their willingness. It’s extremely busy, but both engineering and quality assurance are understaffed, so almost everything is handled by sales themselves. The boss’s son wants customer complaints to be handled directly with consumers, but even hundreds of emails a day can’t all be answered. The RMA department is understaffed. The key is which mentor you are assigned to. The standards reflect the mindset of Taiwanese business owners. New hires also have to memorize the product introduction for their reports; only afterward can they focus on their own work with agents and distributors.
