Pros

The company is still developing, and everyone is being groomed for management.

The position may differ from the direction of the person who previously held it; you establish the process yourself.

There’s no need to worry if you have no relevant experience—if you’re usually notified, you’ll get hired (they’re very short-staffed).

Suitable for people who enjoy taking on the unknown.

There are many topics of conversation in the office.

You have to bring your own laptop (which can also be considered a drawback).

Cons

They initially offer everyone the prospect of becoming a manager, but in reality, no one has decision-making authority.

Even with few employees, cliques can still form, with people acting one way in front of you and another behind your back.

There’s no need to worry about being hired without relevant experience, but no one will teach you, and new-hire training has no fixed SOP.

There are many topics of conversation in the office, but they are usually very superficial and vulgar (for example, going to host clubs or fantasizing about male celebrities).

You have to bring your own laptop.

The company laptop has nothing installed, and even paying to have software installed will usually attract strange looks.

“Staff turnover” is extremely high; everyone needs to look out for themselves.

One work account is still shared by multiple people.

The standard for working from home depends on the boss’s and the accountant’s moods.

Labor and health insurance are provided, but other statutory leave entitlements are treated as benefits here; requesting them may very likely result in becoming a topic of discussion afterward.

In plain language, you’re expected to have perfect attendance all year because there’s no one else.

A perfect place to observe the silo effect: the two bosses don’t even agree with each other.
