HR apparently not only failed to provide the interviewer with the résumé beforehand, but the interviewer also only looked at the content of the company’s standard in-house form. The comment was, “There’s so little written here; you can’t tell much from it.” But… there are only three spaces for work experience on the form… The interviewer’s attitude did not give a very good impression.
