I thought about this question for 10 minutes, but still couldn't come up with anything.

The worst company I've ever worked for. It's a family business with a terrible culture/atmosphere, poor salary adjustments, no promotion system, no benefits, and make-up workdays. The employee meals are even worse than those in the military. I'm already preparing for interviews.
