They use double standards, are disgusting, resort to emotional blackmail at the slightest provocation, and have only a tiny handful of sales staff in all of Taiwan. Everyone is busy forming cliques. When in a bad mood, they humiliate and insult people in the group chat, which is extremely negative. They like to keep the word “death” on their lips every day. There isn't a single person in either the internal or external staff whom they don't criticize. They like to tear the atmosphere apart. Number one in all of Taiwan 🤣 They seriously violate the Labor Standards Act. There are surveillance cameras installed in every corner of the company; for all I know, they may even record audio. They are terrified that others will bad-mouth them. They don't allow colleagues to become too close to one another. I really don't understand their idiotic logic. Their emotions fluctuate wildly at work.

They completely disregard other people's feelings and only care about making themselves happy. They treat employees like disposable chopsticks—a typical exploitative old-school boss. They like to put words in other people's mouths and portray them as extremely awful. They like to embellish and add fuel to the fire. The company doesn't even have a single SOP or standard procedure; things change at the slightest whim, entirely depending on this idiot's mood. They are always drawing up grand promises and have lots of manipulative sales talk. Job seekers absolutely must keep their eyes wide open and see clearly. Don't waste your time.
