Unemployed for a month
Finally managed to find a temp job
Tomorrow is my first day at work
At 11 p.m., I finally received a call from the company supervisor
saying that they don’t need staff for the next few days
so I shouldn’t come in to report for duty yet
and that I should return the uniform first
My God, what kind of employment environment is Changhua?
A company located in the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park
offering a base salary of only NT$28,000 would be bad enough
but they actually treat workers this way
I even completed and submitted my health examination documents, onboarding information, bank account details, and personal information
What kind of malicious joke is this?
I’m definitely going to file a complaint tomorrow
P.S. They said that I have to sign a voluntary resignation form and post on Threads before they’ll give me my money if I want to report them to the Labor Affairs Bureau.
