The overall interview experience was very positive. The company's office was clean and bright, the reception staff were friendly, and the process was well organized, presenting a highly professional image.
The interviewing manager made a strong impression, with a gentle manner and a high level of professionalism. They proactively offered water and attended to other details, fully demonstrating the company's respect for candidates. During the interview, the manager provided a detailed explanation of the actual responsibilities of the business development role, including its challenges and room for growth. They also did not shy away from discussing realistic aspects such as work pressure and the attrition rate, giving me a comprehensive and practical understanding of the position.
The company adopts a high-commission structure (20%–50%), which is highly motivating for ambitious, goal-oriented sales professionals. In terms of the work environment, I also sensed positive interactions among team members and a lively atmosphere. Overall, the culture tends to be open and proactive.
After the interview, I received a business card and was surprised to discover that the interviewer was the person in charge of the company. This demonstrated an exceptionally approachable and down-to-earth leadership style, leaving a strong impression. Overall, this is a company with transparent systems, a strong focus on talent, and considerable growth potential. For job seekers who are eager for challenges and high-reward opportunities, it is a work opportunity worth exploring further.
This interview left me with a very strong positive impression of the company. Whether it was the environment, the atmosphere, or the manager's attitude and communication style, I felt that this was a company with both well-established systems and a genuine human touch.
However, I also heard about the realistic challenges of the business development role, such as the high attrition rate, the emphasis on self-management, and performance pressure. Although the commission rate is highly attractive (20%–50%), it also indicates that the job is not easy. As someone who has just entered the workforce and has no practical experience, I do need more time to consider whether I could withstand this pace and pressure over the long term.
Honestly, I really like the atmosphere of this company and would very much like to become part of it. However, my current circumstances are still relatively stable, and I am not yet at the point of having to stake everything on one attempt. If the day comes when I truly have no choice but to go all in, I think I would choose to bravely give it a try. For now, though, I would rather take things a little more slowly and steadily, making sure to take each step solidly.
