The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against working for this company. The company's internal management is extremely chaotic. Senior management frequently changes instructions at the last minute, and there is a lack of direction and communication, leaving employees exhausted from constantly trying to cope. There is no proper training system for new employees, and the actual job responsibilities differ significantly from what was explained during the interview, making people feel deceived. Office resources are inadequate, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
